Stewart School Presents Its 80th Night At The Opera

Recently, two casts of fifth grade students at Stewart School, 149 strong, presented the school’s 80th Opera: The Tales of Hoffmann. Under the direction of music teacher Kelly Grace, the Class of 2025 performed before delighted audiences that included parents and family members, schoolmates and students from Stratford and the district’s primary schools.

The production would not have been possible without the help of assistant director Donna Cornelius, Robert Townsend (sound), Frank DeMonaco (script), Melissa Pashayan (backdrop), and, of course, the fifth-grade parents (costumes, coaching, and moral support!).

Congratulations to Stewart’s fifth graders on another highly successful opera production. To view a complete photo album from both casts, visit Stewart’s website, under “Photo Gallery” at the top of the home page
